Our antenatal courses are designed for you and your birth partner, we cover what you really want to know! All our courses are facilitated by our highly trained antenatal practitioners who are there to support you every step of the way. We don't believe in dull lectures, our modern approach guides you through the birthing process and show you how to plan for the birth you want. The course also prepares you for the first weeks of being a new parent. and a new family. 

So whether this is your first or 5th baby or planning a caesarean or home water birth we support your journey!

Unique births antenatal courses are also a fantastic way to meet new friends. In fact we have dedicated social time every session so you can get to know other parents. You not only leave feeling calm, prepared and excited for your birth but with a great group of new friends.

  • A practical session where you will learn how to be a pro at those nappy changes as well as bathing, soothing and day to day caring for your little one.

  • Preparing siblings for a new baby (and pets too!!)
