Our sewing club is a chance for children to learn how to use a sewing machine and create different textile pieces. Whether children are complete beginners or have used a machine before there will be projects that will practice and improve their skills.

If you have your own machine we recommend bringing it so that you can learn on the machine you will be using. Otherwise we do have machines available to borrow at a small surcharge.

For small projects all material costs are covered. If we work on a larger project we may ask you to bring your own fabric or pay to purchase fabric through us.

We recommend a minimum age of 10 for the sewing club. If you have a younger child who is very keen then they are welcome to give it a try.
