The sessions below all run weekly on a Monday. They start on 26th September and run for a 4 week block until the half term. If you haven’t been before and would like to pay for a single session of any of the lessons then please get in touch with us to arrange. Children are welcome to bring their lunch - we will keep the workshop room free over lunch time for this to help with our tidying at the end of the day. Children are welcome to stay between sessions and play in our rooms - we have a wide selection of games and toys, or of course they are welcome to bring their own activities. You are welcome to leave children with us during their lessons so long as you remain contactable - we will ask you to come in if your child needs you, or you are welcome to stay onsite with your child. We do ask that you are on site with your child between lessons and take responsibility for ensuring that your child gets to their lessons. We have a very busy day with lots of families taking part so the teachers and shop staff are not able to take responsibility for other children.
We are asking that you sign your children in and out of the sessions each week. We also have a guidance and expectations sheet that we will ask you and your child to agree to when you first join us.
Science
These sessions are run by Science teacher Natalie and are split in to two age groups - if numbers are too low for both groups to run then we will change it to one group and be in touch to check you wish to continue. Sessions cover different areas of the science syllabus with some practical activities included.
10am - 10:45am - KS2/KS3
10:45am - 11:30am - KS1/KS2
Drama - KS2/KS3
This drama session is run by Katie. The group will look at different areas of drama working individually, in pairs and in small groups, with a range of different activities and techniques.

Musical Theatre
This is a fun session involving music, singing and simple dance. Most children usually stay for drama and musical theatre, but either group is bookable individually. This session is open to all ages.
Maths
Small group maths sessions with Katie. The sessions are split by key stage - please go on the ability of your child rather than their age.
12:15pm - 12:45pm - GCSE
1:15pm - 1:45pm - KS3
Art with The Place Stamford
A session run by our The Place Stamford staff covering different art and craft projects, mediums and techniques. We have split these in to two age groups to fit alongside other groups running on a Monday.
1pm - 2pm - KS1/KS2
2pm - 3pm - KS2/KS3
Social Session
Although children are welcome to stay on site and play between sessions (with their parents on site), we make sure that all our classes are finished by 3pm to give all the children time for a social session together. You are welcome to come just for this hour at a cost of £2, or if you are coming to other sessions in this day then this is free (please choose the appropriate option when booking).
