This is a new block running until our Christmas holiday break. Latin is not running on 3rd November so it a 6 week block.
The sessions below all run weekly on a Thursday. This block starts on week starting 31st October and runs for a 7 week block until the Christmas break. If you haven’t been before and would like to pay for a single session of any of the lessons then please get in touch with us to arrange. Children are welcome to bring their lunch - we will keep the workshop room free over lunch time for this to help with our tidying at the end of the day. Children are welcome to stay between sessions and play in our rooms - we have a wide selection of games and toys, or of course they are welcome to bring their own activities. You are welcome to leave children with us during their lessons so long as you remain contactable - we will ask you to come in if your child needs you, or you are welcome to stay onsite with your child. We do ask that you are on site with your child between lessons and take responsibility for ensuring that your child gets to their lessons. We have a very busy day with lots of families taking part so the teachers and shop staff are not able to take responsibility for other children.
We are asking that you sign your children in and out of the sessions each weekas well as getting them to sign our childrens sign in sheet. We also have a guidance and expectations sheet that we will ask you and your child to agree to when you first join us.
Art with Ellie from Artivity - £12pw
These sessions are run by Ellie who teaches children different techniques each week. Both sessions are for all ages - there should be a session that doesn’t clash with other lessons you’d like to do this day, but please get in touch if you can’t see a way to avoid a clash and we will change things round if possible.

Maths - £4pw
Small group maths sessions with Katie and Lavinia. The sessions are split by key stage - please go on the ability of your child rather than their age.
10:15am - 10:45am - KS1 and Lower KS2
11am - 11:30am - Upper KS2
Creative English - £4pw
In these sessions we use children’s books to inspire creative writing activities. In the KS2/KS3 session we will continue looking at Alice in Wonderland this half term. In the younger session we will use different books each week. Both sessions involve creative writing, English Language activities and illustration.
KS2/KS3 - 11:30am - 12:15pm
KS1/KS2 - 1pm - 1:45pm
Latin - £4pw
These sessions are run by 15 year old Lavinia who has just received a fabulous grade 9 for her Latin GCSE. They are suitable for beginners. If this session is full we are able to put on a second session.
1:45pm - 2:30pm - 3pm
Drama and Games - £4pw
This session is run by Katie. We will play lots of fun games and introduce drama techniques where appropriate.
1:45pm - 2:15pm - KS1/KS2
Social Session
2:30pm - 4pm
Although children are welcome to stay on site and play between sessions, we make sure that all our classes are finished by 3pm to give all the children time for a social session together. You are welcome to come just for this hour at a cost of £2, or if you are coming to other sessions in this day then this is free (please choose the appropriate option when booking).
